Operational Performance

Success in delivering on long-term implementation workplan and the program’s management policies are central to achieving the targeted results for the Program.

Training and support for operational performance includes:

• Training on activity-based data collection
• Collaboratively updated workplans and performance indicators
• Monitoring of work plan indicators against results
• Program policy development, training, and oversight
• Governance support
• Oversight of grievance and redress process
• Establishment and management of local Program SPV entity

Fiscal Management

Ensuring that Program funds are spent in accordance with the long-term implementation plan, Program budget, and Benefit Allocation Plan is part of the ongoing fiscal management support provided by Terra Global, including:

• Fiscal manager of all Program funds and administration of benefits allocation
• Training on financial management
• Management of advance and liquidation process
• Engaging in annual audits
• Oversight of procurement
• Regular budget updates and approval of un-budgeted expenses
